How is this different from Podcasting?
This is real LIVE radio baby! Nothing compares to LIVE broadcasts and the power they have. Do I need any special equipment to listen? All you need to listen is a Windows PC (2000 or later) with a Broadband Internet connection, our Player software, and of course a sound card and speakers. Press the Play button on the Home page now and automatically download the Player and tune to Real Coaching Radio™? Once you are listening to our station just click on the Favorites button for easy future access.
Will the software work if I upgrade to Microsoft Vista?
Yes, the Player software is designed to work with any Microsoft operating system from Windows 2000 and up. You will not have to re install our software if you upgrade to Microsoft Vista.
Can I use a Mac? You may be able to listen to some stations with the ubroadcast Player if you are running Virtual PC on your Mac, but they may not work properly. A Mac version for the Player software is currently under development.
Can I listen to Real Coaching Radio™ on my "old fashioned" radio? No, but why would you want to? Ubroadcast gives you HD quality uncensored programming on an infinite amount of subjects with complete user interaction, and is the "Next Generation" in radio. You can of course, connect your PC to your home stereo with cables or a streaming device to hear our programming through your quality audio components if you wish.
How do I listen in my car? Wireless and mobile computing technology is rapidly going to make this a reality in the very near future as some auto manufactures such as Ford have already introduced in car PC's as an option. With improvements in these products, and as the costs decline with mass deployment, more consumers will be able to listen to Real Coaching Radio™ on the go, and on a variety of devices.
