Listening problems and troubleshooting
When I click on a link to listen nothing happens?
If you are listening for the first time, you will get the “download Player365 message”. You need to download the plug-in for this player when you first connect to Real Estate & Mortgage Focus Radio. Keep in mind that Live365 now requires listeners to establish an account and to log in to listen. Don't worry it's free, and they won't spam your e-mail address after you sign up. After you install it the first time, our station will be accessible without this prompt when you tune into our station again. You will also receive ads from Live365 if you are not Live365 VIP Preferred Members. Become a Live365 VIP Preferred Member and use the cool Live365 player:

Can a firewall or proxy affect my ability to listen?
If your company has a proxy server or firewall in place it may prevent a connection to Live365. Please contact your company's system administrator for assistance. Our broadcasts run on many ports ranging from 4000 - 32000. We would like to run on port 80, but since we have tens of thousands of broadcasts, we need more ports. If you choose to listen with Player365, you can enter in your proxy server IP and port via our Listener Settings page.

Click on the ?Default Level? button to restore the default settings. You may also get this error if you are using a security or ad blocking program that blocks cookies.
